Alok Kumar, a well-known personality, is the principal secretary to Government. He is directly related to the Youth Services and Sports Department. He was cordially invited to inaugurate the District level competition of rifle shooting.
For any game, there are certain rules and coaching programs. There is nothing different when it comes to rifle and gun shooting competitions. The rifle shooting competitions are organized in Olympics as well so there are very strict rules of the game.
The director of sports came upon and elaborated in detail how the event was to be covered. He explained appropriately the complete set of rules required for the shooters.
Vishal Bharti was assigned to supervise the whole event. He is the official of the department and also conducts coaching in the center. Right from the start of the event, the young shooters were welcomed to share their experiences. It is entirely a great scene created at that place.
Local raw cricketers used to play at the Dussehra ground, which is near the District Youth Services and Sports Office Jammu, and Alok Kumar and Gazanfar Ali gave them kits.
Those in attendance were Jitender Mishra, who is the Deputy Director of Youth Services and Sports community.
Also, Assistant Director Jammu, who is Col Gurbachan Singh, and Mool Raj, who is the District Youth Services and Sports Officer Jammu, also participated in this event. The initiative was overseen by Shivnandan Singh Mankotia, who is the Accounts Officer at DYSS Section.
